Working principle：
1. The concealed sprinkler is composed of glass bulb sprinkler, screw sleeve seat, outer cover seat and outer cover. The sprinkler and screw socket are installed on the pipeline of the pipe network together, and then the cover is installed. The outer cover base and the outer cover are welded into a whole by fusible alloy. After the installation, pressure test and purging of the spray pipe network are completed, install the fusible alloy sprinkler and screw socket on the spray short pipe (pay attention to control the length of the short pipe and keep the cover seat flush with the ceiling), and then install the cover.
2. The cover seat and cover of the concealed nozzle are welded into a whole by fusible alloy. When the melting point of the sprinkler is reached, the temperature of the alloy cover will automatically fall off as the temperature of the alloy cover increases.
Scope of application：
The scope of application of concealed sprinkler is mainly the pendent sprinkler with ceiling, which can minimize the damage to the decorative beauty. Concealed sprinkler should not be used in the following places.
1. In places without ceiling, when the water distribution branch pipe is arranged under the beam, the vertical sprinkler shall be used.
2. The sprinkler arranged under the ceiling shall adopt the pendent sprinkler or ceiling sprinkler.
3. The roof is of light hazard level, medium hazard level I residential buildings, dormitories, hotel rooms, medical building wards and offices on the horizontal plane, and side wall sprinkler heads can be used.
4. Sprinkler head with protective cover or ceiling sprinkler head shall be used for parts vulnerable to collision.
5. Where the roof is horizontal and there are no obstacles such as beams and ventilation pipes that affect the sprinkler, the sprinkler with expanded coverage area can be used.
6. Domestic sprinkler should be used in residential buildings, dormitories, apartments and other non residential residential buildings.
