Thermal open joint：The thermal open joint is a sprinkler set under the condition of obstacles under the ceiling. By separating the functions of the sensing part and the spraying part of the closed sprinkler, the fire can be effectively sensed and extinguished even when there are obstacles near the ceiling. The product has no watering function, only sensing function. The heat sensing part set at the lower part of the top surface senses the heat caused by fire. Watering and fire extinguishing are carried out by the open sprinkler head connected to the secondary pipeline of the product.
Installation standard:
1.This product shall be installed with a marked temperature corresponding to the expected ambient temperature at the installation site. The ambient temperature of the installation position of this product should be kept below the maximum ambient temperature. If the temperature of this product is too high, it may cause failure. In addition, this product should be installed in the part whose height from the ground to the ceiling does not exceed 10m.
2.The pipe tightening torque of this product shall be 30N·M, which shall not exceed 40N·M. please pay attention not to use excessive force for pipe tightening. Too tight will cause water leakage.
3.The distance between the heat sensitive part of this product and the ceiling board installed should be within 0.3m.
4.This product shall be set at each part separated by beams extending more than 0.4 m from the installation surface. Except that the center distance between beams is less than or equal to 1.8m.
5.When the width or depth of air supply and exhaust duct and shelf exceeds 1.2 m, the product shall be installed on the top surface, and open sprinkler head shall be installed on the lower surface of sprinkler obstacles such as air duct.
6.The open sprinkler head connecting the secondary side of the product shall be installed within 3.25 m in the horizontal direction and 8.5 m in the vertical direction of the axis of the product.
7.Each product can be connected with no more than 2 open heads. If two open sprinkler heads are connected, make sure there is no problem with the pressure loss before installing.
