1.The glass ball sprinkler head is a key thermal sensitive element in the Automatic Sprinkler System. The glass ball is filled with organic solutions with different expansion coefficients. 2.Working principle:The glass ball body of the glass ball sprinkler is filled with organic solution with high coefficient of thermal expansion. At normal temperature, the shell of the ball can bear a certain supporting force to ensure the sealing performance of the sprinkler. In case of fire, the organic solution will expand as the temperature rises until the glass body is broken, and the ball seat and sealing parts will be washed off by the water after losing their support, so as to start spraying water to extinguish the fire.

3. Structural characteristics Closed glass ball sprinkler is composed of sprinkler head, fire glass ball, splash tray, ball seat and seal, set screw, etc. After passing the full inspection of 3MPa sealing test and the qualification assessment of sampling inspection items, the set screw is solidified with adhesive and supplied to the market for regular installation.
