1、 How to install fire sprinkler
1-1. Determine the installation position of the fire sprinkler head and the wiring plan of the connected water pipe, which should comply with the relevant installation requirements, to avoid incorrect instructions leading to abnormal work, and avoid the situation that normal spraying cannot occur.
1-2. Install the fire pipe fittings according to the plan, ensure that they are connected in place, and fasten them with screw threads.
1-3. Install the fire sprinkler head at the relevant position and connect it with the pipe fittings in place. There shall be no shelter within 0.5m around.
1-4. Conduct pressure test on the connected fire sprinkler system, and clean the pipeline after ensuring that it is qualified.
2.What are the requirements for the installation position of fire sprinkler
2-1. The installation position of the sprinkler head is very critical, which is generally installed below the roof and ceiling, so that the fire heat air flow can be better sensed, and it is particularly convenient to connect with the fire water pipe for uniform water distribution. When arranging vertical and drooping sprinklers, the spacing shall be well controlled and shall not be too close or more than 24 meters.
2-1.Under normal circumstances, no obstacles are allowed within 0.5m outside the center of the sprinkler head, but there are also some obstructions in some special areas. For example, when the sprinkler head is arranged under the beam, the distance between its splash tray and the upper roof cannot exceed 0.3m. If the distance reaches 0.55m, the sprinkler head can be added under the beam bottom. During the installation of spraying, attention should also be paid to the height. If the indoor clear height is less than 8 meters, a spraying head should be arranged between beams. If it exceeds this height, additional sprinklers should be added.
