1.The glass ball sprinkler head is a key thermal sensitive element in the Automatic Sprinkler System. The glass ball is filled with organic solutions with different expansion coefficients. After thermal expansion at different temperatures, the glass ball is broken, and the water in the pipeline is sprayed upward, downward, or to the side of the splash tray with different designs, so as to achieve the purpose of automatic sprinkler. It is applicable to the pipe network of automatic sprinkler system in factories, hospitals, schools, airports, shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, entertainment places and basements where the ambient temperature is 4 ° C~70 ° C.

2.Working principle:The glass ball body of the glass ball sprinkler is filled with organic solution with high coefficient of thermal expansion. At normal temperature, the shell of the ball can bear a certain supporting force to ensure the sealing performance of the sprinkler. In case of fire, the organic solution will expand as the temperature rises until the glass body is broken, and the ball seat and sealing parts will be washed off by the water after losing their support, so as to start spraying water to extinguish the fire.

3. Structural characteristics Closed glass ball sprinkler is composed of sprinkler head, fire glass ball, splash tray, ball seat and seal, set screw, etc. After passing the full inspection of 3MPa sealing test and the qualification assessment of sampling inspection items, the set screw is solidified with adhesive and supplied to the market for regular installation. After installation, it is not allowed to re assemble, disassemble and change.

1. The special wrench provided by the manufacturer must be used, and other tools shall not be used for installation;

2. Before installation, when separating the nozzle (housing and housing base), gently unscrew it along the thread and put it in properly
In the foam box, it is not allowed to use brute force to force separation, otherwise the cover and cover seat may fall off;
3. During installation, wrap enough raw material tape around the thread of the nozzle, and then screw the nozzle into the pipe fittings gently by hand
In the thread, screw on the nozzle with a special wrench. The gap between the nozzle base and the pipe fittings should be 2-3MM
The base of the nozzle can be closely contacted with the pipe fittings, otherwise it is easy to cause deformation and water leakage of the nozzle frame;
3. The fusible alloy sheet of the nozzle and the nozzle frame are relatively fragile, so the wrench must not be collided and easily fused during installation
